Last night, went drinking with the work colleagues as usual and ended up at a “demolition party” in the city. The block is getting demolished in a couple of months so we decided to explore the building a little.

Just back from roadtrippin down south, exploring New Forest – the horses, the fields, the streams, the trees….. Gorgeous day, good company, driving, listening to music, sunshine, nap in the grass, then another skies-are-on-fire-sunset before driving back into a calm Monday night in London.

Got sent this from the Old Vic Tunnels – they’ve answered our requests and placed a bouncy castle in the tunnels for Easter!
On Thursday (05/04) and Friday (06/04) you can join them in the tunnels for a camping holiday, fully equipped with a bouncy castle, volleyball+badminton courts, picnic benches, boat pond, bonfire…. Sounds cool to you too??
Check the website for more info.

Spring is my favourite time of the year…. Before everything goes all green, the world is exploding with colours! And because we’ve been through the quiet, grey winter time, we appreciate the birds, the sun, and the colours much more than in summer. And as with the trees and the flowers, I too feel I’m being reborn.

Spent the day in Ravenscourt Park with a friend, food and wine. And take a look at this tree we found, it’s got a bone!

On Thursday work took us on a conference trip to Eastbourne on the south coast. Didn’t explore the town but the seaside and the surrounding hills were incredible! The more I see of the British countryside, the more I realise I need to discover it all….

We stayed at the Grand Hotel right in front of the beach and how lucky were we with the summer coming early?! Over 20 degrees and no wind or clouds! Who said it only rains in Britain?
